TSA - the Code of Federal Regulations 1552.3(h) requires us to verify US citizenship for flight training. This can be done in several ways, with the easiest being to provide a valid US Passport or a birth certificate.
IACRA - to begin your flight training, you will need to apply for your Student Pilot Certificate through the FAA’s Integrated Airman Certification and Rating Application (IACRA) website. You can do that here.
Medical - obtaining a medical certificate is essential for your flight training. There are three different categories of medical certificates depending on what type of flying you intend to do. If you plan on flying for the airlines, you will need a first-class medical. Click here to start the medical certificate process.
